To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

• Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
• The item must be in stock on the competitors website
• The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location or showroom
• The website can not be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, wayfair, etc..)
• The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question
• The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax
• The competitor must not violate our MAP pricing policy

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock most products will ship within 1-3 business days from the date of your order. "James R. Moder" products will ship after one week. James R. Moders "Austria" collection uses refined crystals which must be put together by hand and will ship after 5-10 business days. Average shipping time is between 5-10 days of placing the order but can vary depending on the supplier. We offer free shipping to the contiguous United States, any other U.S locations will have to pay for shipping and will be sent a new invoice via email with shipping rates included after the order is received. We do not offer international shipping. If you are located internationally and wish to buy from us we can ship anywhere in the United States and you will have to arrange a freight forwarding pickup on your own. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within a few business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@luminarydecor.com

Damages & Returns:

All damages and returns must be filed within 30 days of the delivery date. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@luminarydecor.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Returns must go through a supplier approval process. If approved for a return you will be supplied with an RA (return authorization) number and or form which must accompany the return, and you might be charged a minimum 20% restocking fee depending on the supplier, a 3-5% processing fee, and will be responsible for return shipping charges. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Some brands require restocking fees and others don't. Each return policy is different for each supplier and we will supply you with the necessary information during the return process. 

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a 3-5% processing fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and a minimum 20% restocking fee depending on the supplier.
